Terms of Service

Jaji ("Jaji", "we", "us") provides a private platform through which clients connect with Nafeesah for intuitive guidance, energetic insight and personal reflection. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jaji. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity in your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively, fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Sessions are spiritual, educational and personal wellness services. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. See our Disclaimer.

Outcomes are not guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make following a session.

For per-minute services, you authorize Jaji to place a temporary hold on your saved payment method before the call begins, and to charge the final amount once the call ends. The final amount is calculated exclusively from the verified call duration reported by our telephony provider — never from an on-screen estimate. Full detail is in the Billing Policy.

Each per-minute service has a stated minimum duration. If a call ends before that minimum, you are billed for the minimum. If a hold cannot be extended during a long call, the call may be ended to protect you from an unauthorized charge.

Fixed-price sessions are booked in advance and charged according to the rate shown at booking. Rescheduling and cancellation windows are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Calls are private and are not recorded by Jaji. Phone numbers are masked, so Nafeesah's personal number is never exposed to clients and your number is never exposed beyond what is required to connect the call. See the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to harass, threaten or abuse Nafeesah or our staff, not to record sessions without written consent, not to resell or redistribute session content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

The Jaji name, brand, site design and written content are owned by Jaji. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaji and Nafeesah are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.
