What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone number), your session records (times, durations, amounts, service booked), safe payment references (card brand and last four digits only), and limited technical telemetry used to keep the platform reliable.
We never store your full card number, CVC or expiry on our systems. Card data is collected and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Your calls are private
Jaji does not record calls and does not store call audio. Calls are bridged through a telephony provider so that Nafeesah's personal number is never revealed to you and your number is used only to connect the call.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, to connect and bill your sessions accurately, to send the notifications you've opted into, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share with
Only the service providers required to run Jaji: our payment processor, our telephony provider, our scheduling provider and our cloud infrastructure. Each receives the minimum data needed to perform its function.
Retention
Session and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Other personal data is deleted when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can view and correct your details, remove your saved card, adjust notification preferences and delete your account at any time from your profile. To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, reach us through the contact page.
Security
Access to your records is protected by authentication and row-level database policies, so your sessions and payment references are visible only to you and, where required for support and accounting, to Nafeesah as the administrator.
